Screw Conveyor
Saxlunds Screw Conveyors have many benifits and recieves in
different designs. Screwthreads can for example be delivered
custom made.
Two different Screw Conveyors:
Screw Conveyors are divided in two categories: Transport Screws
and Dosing Screws.
Transport Screw:
The transport screw are used for transporting material from
one place to another. The screw is distinguish for low filling
grade and fairly high speed.
Dosing Screw:
The dosing screw are used for even and accurate dosing of material
for example refining machines, processes and heating plants.
The difference between transport screw and dosing screw is that
the dosing screw always work with filled screwthread at entrance.
Usage Area:
The transport screw usage area is large. It can be used for
handling: coal, coal powder, air ash, sand, REA plaster, dewatered
sludge, wood fuel, bark, chips and sawdust. |
